Start, Stop and Running
|1||At the first starting, when twisting the water pump with hands, its
rotation shall be flexible and no friction is allowed. Start the
electrical machinery to determine if the rotation direction is
correct (it shall rotate according to the clockwise direction if
looking from the fan end of the electrical machinery) The start
time shall not exceed two seconds in order to prevent the damage of
